With your order be sure to include your email address as well as an order form listing the designs, initials, logos, and/or names you would like embroidered.Please spell carefully, since this is what we will use for production. Once you have finished selecting your items, simply right click and select “print” to print page. Write your email address on the top of the order form and as soon as we receive it with your payment we will email you production and shipping time to the email address you provide.
